Draft Across Nations and Eras

Every selection starts with a random national team and World Cup year, such as Brazil 2018, France 2022, or Argentina 2026. 

You'll see the full squad, including player positions and ratings, before choosing one player to add to your team. After every pick, a new nation-year combination is drawn.

Not happy with your options? Use one of your three re-rolls to get a different squad.

Because every draw is random, no two drafts are ever the same. One team might feature a legendary playmaker from 2018, a dominant defender from 2022, and a superstar striker from 2026.

Build Your XI

Before drafting begins, you'll choose:

• One of eight formations, including 4-3-3 and 3-5-2
• A tactical approach:

Every player is best suited to specific positions. Use them in their natural role to maximize performance, or take a rating penalty when playing them out of position.

Conquer the World Cup

Once your starting XI is complete, your team enters a fully simulated World Cup campaign:

The simulation engine evaluates:

• Positional fit
