Não estou conseguindo me conectar no software de Poker. Como devo proceder?

You might see the following error messages when downloading the Poker software: "Unable to connect" or "Unable to establish a connection".

To solve this problem, you can update your DNS. If this doesn't fix it, your firewall may be activated. You must add the Poker software to the exceptions list. Follow these steps to find out how:

1. Click on the "Start" button.
2. In the "Search" bar, type "Firewall".
3. Click "Windows Firewall" in the search results.
4. Select the option "Allow a program or function through Windows Firewall" in the menu on the left.
5. Click the "Change settings" button to allow changes to the current settings. After clicking, the "Change Settings" button will be disabled.
6. Click the "Allow another program ..." button and wait for the list to load.
7. In the "Add a Program" window, search for the Poker software (for example, "BodogPoker") and click to select it.
8. Click on the "Network Location Types" button.
9. In the "Choose network location types" window, click your preferred option to allow the application to access public or private networks, or both. Click "Accept".
10. Click "Add" and it will return to the previous window, where you can click "OK" to complete the changes.
