Tennis Betting Rules
1. All bets on head-to-head matches are valid until the end of the match, regardless of any delays due to weather, lack of light, change of schedule, change of date, change of location or change of surface (either before or during the match).
2. In the event that a match starts but is not completed, all bets will be void unless the outcome of the bet has already been determined.
- If a player is disqualified after the start of the match and the opposing player/team advances to the next round or is awarded the victory, the opposing player/team will be considered the winner for settlement purposes.
3. Total games / Points difference: These general rules apply to games in individual sets, games in the match and player games. In case of awarded points/games, these will count towards the final settlement.
- For the purposes of all these markets, the tie-break and match tie-break are counted as one game.
- If a player withdraws before the match is over, unless the result is already determined at the time of withdrawal, all Total Games and Difference of Games markets will be void.
- Example 1: If a set is abandoned with a score of 4-4, bets of More Than/Less than 9.5 games or less in the set are settled as winners/losers respectively, as any natural ending of the set would have at least 10 games; bets of More Than/Less than 10.5 games or more will be void.
- Example 2: If a best of 3 sets match is abandoned with a score of 6-2 and 4-6, bets Over/Under 23.5 games or less on the match will be settled as winners/losers respectively, as any natural ending of the match would have at least 24 games; bets Over/Under 24.5 games or more will be void.
- Example 3: If a best of 3 sets match is abandoned with a score of 6-3, 3-6, 5-5, bets on any player with a handicap of +2.5 or more will be settled as winners, while bets on any player with a handicap of -2.5 or less will be settled as losers. All handicap bets ranging from -2 to +2 will be void.
- The Game Difference bets are determined by adding the total number of games won by each player in the entire match, and then applying the handicap.
4. Total of sets: Bets will be void if either player withdraws before the end of the match, except in situations where the outcome of the bet has already been determined.
- Example 1: For a best of 3 sets match; if a third set is required but not completed, bets on more than 2.5 sets will be settled as winners and bets on less than 2.5 sets will be settled as losers.
- Example 2: For a best of 5 sets match; if a fourth set is required but not completed, bets on more than 3.5 sets will be settled as winners and bets on less than 3.5 sets will be settled as losers.
- Example 3: For a best of 5 sets match; if a fifth set is required but not completed, '5 Sets' will be considered the winner for settlement purposes.
5. Bet per set: In case of withdrawal or disqualification, all bets will be void. If the specified number of sets is changed, bets will also be void.
6. Match specials: If a player withdraws before the match is over, all bets will be void unless the outcome of any bet has already been determined.
7. Match tie breaks: If a match is decided by a match tie-break (first to reach 10 points), then it will be considered as a set for settlement purposes in the Set Winner, Set Bet and Total Sets markets. For the market “Will there be a tie-break in the match?”, it will not count as a tie-break for settlement purposes.
8. Total aces/double faults markets: Bets settled according to the official statistics of the tournament.
9. Bets on the winner of the tournament/future/quarter winner: The player must complete at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid. Markets may be subject to the rule 4 deduction.
10. Match with more/less games: The designated number of matches in the specified round must be completed in full for bets to be valid, unless the settlement has already been determined.
11. Elimination stage/getting to the round: The player must complete at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid. When the market is updated during the tournament and a player withdraws before his next scheduled match, all bets placed after his previous round/match will be void.
12. Total tournament sets/games per round markets: The designated number of matches in the specified round must be completed in full for bets to be valid, unless the settlement has already been determined.
13. Bets on tournament matches/who will go the farthest: Both players in a specified match must complete at least one point in the tournament for bets to be valid. If both players are eliminated at the same stage of the tournament, then bets will be void.
14. Fourth winner/half winner: Indicates in which quarter/half of the main tie the winner of the tournament will be decided.
