Motor Sport Betting Rules
General rules:
1. The start of the race is the signal to start the warm-up/formation lap. If a driver is not on the grid or ready to start from the pit lane when the signal is given, all bets on that selection will be void.
2. If a race is abandoned and no presentation position or official result is declared, all bets on that race will be void, except for bets on the markets that have already been determined.
3. Bets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant governing body, at the time of the podium presentation, regardless of any subsequent adjustments.
4. If the scheduled venue is changed after the bets have been placed, all those bets will be void.
5. In Driver vs. Driver (H2H) bets, the one who finishes ahead or completes the most laps will be considered the winner, both must start.
6. In speedway, bets will be void if all scheduled series or races at a match are not completed, except in markets that have already been determined.
7. In any case in which a podium presentation is not made, but the market indicates that the settlement of the relevant market will be based on the result at the time of said presentation, this will be resolved according to the official result of the relevant governing body, regardless of any subsequent modifications to the result.
NASCAR
- a. the official NASCAR result at the end of the race will be used for settlement purposes. This includes any race that is stopped prematurely for any reason. Any subsequent adjustments to the finishing positions will not count.
b. Any driver who does not qualify for the race will be considered invalid.
c. Races must be run within seven days of the originally scheduled start time for bets to stand.
d. 'The Field’ includes any driver not listed in the bets. - Cup Series Championship: Bets will be settled according to the official Championship result at the podium presentation after the completion of the last race of the season, as per NASCAR rules. All bets are valid.
- First 2/3/5/10: Bets will be settled according to the official NASCAR result at the end of the race. Any subsequent adjustments to the finishing positions will not count.
- Race props: Race Props (race specials, yellow flags, leader changes, number of leaders, markets related to the leader's lap, number of the winning car, etc.), will be settled according to the official NASCAR results at the end of the race. Any subsequent adjustments to the finishing positions will not count. If a race is shortened and no official results are published, then all bets will be considered void.
- Winning manufacturer: All bets will be settled according to the manufacturer of the car of the driver who wins the race.
- Winning team: All bets will be settled according to the team of the driver who wins the race.
- Winner of stage 1 / 2: The official NASCAR result at the end of the specified stage will be used for settlement purposes.
- Pilot vs. Pilot Race (H2Hs): All bets will be settled according to the official NASCAR result at the end of the race. If one driver does not complete the race, then the other driver will be declared as the winner. If neither driver completes the race, then the number of completed laps will determine the result. If both drivers withdraw on the same lap, then the official position determined by the official NASCAR result will be used for bet settlement purposes. Both drivers must start the race (cross the starting line) for the bets to be valid.
- Group bets: Bets will be settled according to the driver who achieves the highest position at the end of the race, according to the official NASCAR result. If all the drivers in the group fail to complete the race, then the one who completes the most laps will be considered the winner. If all drivers in the group fail to complete the race and two or more complete the same number of laps, Dead Heat rules will apply. Drivers are grouped together for betting purposes only. Rule 4 could be applied.
- Starting position on the winner's grid: All bets will be settled according to the position on the starting grid of the driver who wins the race.
- Pole position: If the qualifying session does not take place, all bets will be void
Formula One
- a. For settlement purposes, the official FIA classification will be used at the time of the podium presentation. Any subsequent adjustments (penalties, disqualifications, etc.) to grid positions will not be taken into account.
b. All drivers starting the formation lap are considered to be in action.
c. In the event that a driver changes his team during the pre-race preparation, all bets placed after the announcement, but before these changes are taken into account in the bets, will be considered void.
d. Races must be run within seven days of the originally scheduled start time for bets to stand. - Drivers' championship: Bets will be settled according to the official Championship result at the podium presentation after the completion of the last race of the season, according to FIA rules. All bets are valid.
- Constructors' championship: Bets will be settled according to the official Championship result at the podium presentation after the completion of the last race of the season, according to FIA rules. All bets are valid.
- Driver vs. Driver (H2Hs) of the Season: Bets will be settled according to the official Championship result at the podium presentation after the completion of the last race of the season, according to FIA rules. Both drivers must start the first race for the bets to be valid.
- First 3/6/10: Bets will be settled according to the official FIA classification at the time of the podium presentation. Any subsequent adjustments to grid positions will not be taken into account.
- Fastest qualifying/Qualifying winner: The official qualifying times recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement purposes. Only the times recorded during the third session count. If for some reason the third session does not take place, the bets will be settled according to the official grid formed by the FIA. Penalties/disqualifications of positions on the starting grid do not apply for settlement purposes. Drivers must start the first qualifying session for bets to be valid.
- Both drivers of the Team to finish in the Top 3/6/10: Bets will be settled according to the official FIA classification at the time of the podium presentation. Any subsequent adjustments to grid positions will not be taken into account.
- Fastest lap/Fastest lap by team: This market will be settled based on the driver who sets the fastest lap of the race. The official FIA result will be used at the time of the podium presentation.
- Leader of laps one/five/ten: For settlement purposes, the driver who leads the race by crossing the finish line is considered the winner after completing the specified number of laps according to the Official FIA Race Lap Chart. In case the specified number of laps is not completed, all bets will be void. In case a race starts under safety car conditions, bets on the Leader will be void after the first lap. Formation laps don't count.
- Winning car: All bets will be settled according to the team of the driver who wins the race.
- Margin of victory: Bets will be settled according to the official FIA time tables.
- Highest score per team: Bets will be settled based on the combined point totals of both drivers within a manufacturer's team. The points obtained in the sprint will not count for the calculation of this market.
- Winner of qualifying session one and two: The official qualifying times recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement purposes. The drivers must start the specified session for the bets to be valid.
- Making it to qualifying session 3: The official qualifying times recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement purposes. Drivers must start the first qualifying session for bets to be valid. In the event of a change to the normal qualifying session schedule, all bets on this market will be void.
- Winner of free practice one/two/three: Bets will be settled according to the official FIA classification.
- Position on the winner's starting grid: All bets will be settled according to the position on the starting grid of the driver who wins the race.
- Winning nationality: All bets will be settled according to the nationality of the driver who wins the race.
- Some driver will get a “Hat Trick”: This market refers to whether any driver can complete a race hat trick by setting the fastest qualifying time, setting the fastest lap and winning the race. No sprint race or classification will count.
- Safety car period during the race: The safety car will be considered to have been used if race Management indicates that the car enters the track. In case a race starts under safety car conditions, bets will be void. Virtual safety car periods do not count.
- Virtual safety car periods during the race: A virtual safety car period will be considered to have been used if race Management indicates a VSC period. In case a race starts under VSC conditions, bets will be void. Normal safety car periods do not count.
- How many safety car periods will occur during the race: Virtual safety car periods do not count.
- Number of qualified drivers/to finish the race/both cars to finish the race: The official FIA classification will be used to determine the settlement. Drivers who do not complete 90% or more of the number of laps completed by the winner (rounded down to the nearest integer number of laps) will not be considered finishers according to the official FIA classification at the time of the podium presentation.
- How many cars will fail to complete the first lap: Bets will be settled according to the number of cars that do not cross the start/finish line after the first lap, according to the Official FIA Race Lap Chart. Only the drivers who start the formation lap will count.
- How many different drivers will lead the race: Any driver who crosses the start/finish line in first position will count. For bet settlement purposes, pole position counts as leading the race.
- Of how many thousandths of a second will the winning time be: The official times recorded by the FIA will be used for settlement purposes.
- Fastest pit entry (team): The official pit stop details recorded by the FIA in its Race Pit Stop Summary will be used for settlement purposes.
- First driver to enter the pits: The official pit stop details recorded by the FIA in its Race Pit Stop Summary will be used for settlement purposes. The driver must start the formation lap for the bets to be valid.
- First driver to withdraw from the race: The settlement will be determined by which lap number a driver withdraws at. In the event that more than one driver withdraws on the same lap, the tie-breaking rules will apply. The formation lap counts.
- First car to withdraw from the race: The settlement will be determined by the number of the lap a car is withdrawn at. In the event that more than one car withdraws on the same lap, Dead Heat rules will apply. The formation lap counts.
- Pilot vs. Pilot Race (H2Hs): Bets will be settled according to the driver who achieves the highest finishing position according to the official FIA result, at the time of the podium presentation. If none of the drivers complete the race, then the one who completes the most laps will be considered the winner. If both drivers withdraw on the same lap, all bets will be void. No adjustments to the positions will be taken into account once the race is completed.
- Driver vs. Driver in qualifying/practice (H2Hs): Bets will be settled according to which driver sets the fastest timed lap during the specified session, according to the official FIA result. If any of the drivers fail to complete a timed lap, all bets will be void.
- Group bets: Bets will be settled according to which driver achieves the highest position at the time of the podium presentation, according to the official FIA result. If all the drivers in the group do not qualify, then the driver who completes the most laps will be considered the winner. If all drivers in the group do not qualify and two or more drivers withdraw on the same lap, Dead Heat rules will apply. Drivers are grouped together for betting purposes only. Rule 4 could be applied.
- Direct forecast: Said drivers must finish in 1st and 2nd place in the specified order. The settlement is based on the result at the time of the presentation on the podium. Subsequent disqualifications do not count.
- Direct tricast: Said drivers must finish in 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in the specified order. The settlement is based on the result at the time of the presentation on the podium. Subsequent disqualifications do not count.
- Race specials: Unless otherwise stated, selections apply to the race and not to practices or classifications.
IndyCar
- a. The official IndyCar result at the end of the race will be used for bet settlement purposes. This includes any race that is stopped prematurely for any reason. Any subsequent adjustments to the finishing positions will not count.

- Winning manufacturer: All bets will be settled according to the manufacturer of the car of the driver who wins the race.
- Pilot vs. Pilot Race (H2Hs): All bets will be settled according to the official IndyCar result at the end of the race. If one driver does not complete the race, then the other driver will be declared as the winner. If neither driver completes the race, then the number of completed laps will determine the result. If both drivers withdraw on the same lap, then the official positioning determined by the official IndyCar result will be used for bet settlement purposes.
